ABOUT TOUCH

Touch is a FOX TV series from Tim Kring. In Season 1, Kiefer Sutherland (24) stars as Martin Bohm, a former journalist, widower, and father of an 11 year-old son, Jake (David Mazouz), who is both mute and afflicted with a type of autism (though not specifically referred to as such). Working as a baggage handler at JFK Airport, Martin struggles to connect with Jake, who doesn't even allow Martin to touch him. However, Martin soon finds a way to communicate with Jake through the boy's obsession with numbers and patterns, with the help of social worker Clea Hopkins (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) and Professor Arthur Teller (Danny Glover).
